Hi I am wondering if this dress can be made Without the chiffon capped sleeves. I would still like the chiffon to continue on the sleeve (like part of the dress) but no capping. And can the train be shorter ie not so long behind the dress? More like a smaller version of a train. Looking forward to your reply.
