1. All sales are final. Please read each term carefully before buying. All items are thoroughly checked before listing to ensure they are in perfect condition.
2.We offer exchange and refund service in case you have enough convincible reason.
a) You must notify and let us know the reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will let you know how to return.
b) 20% of restocking/replacement fee must be charged for return.
c) The postage and packing is not refundable.
d) Any postage will not be covered.
e) Item must be sent back by recorded delivery. The item must be received by us within 20 days of the receipt of the item.
f) Item must be returned and received in original condition with Tag and other accessories.
g) We will not refund any items that have been damaged, soiled by makeup, animal hair, smoke, body odour, perfume etc.
3.Any specification items, such as made at customer's measurements, in required colours, small change on the style are not refundable.
4. Item in promotion price, in discount price or in any other specified price is not refundable and no exchanging.
5. We will not take any responsibility of delay delivery due to buyer not paying in time, no locatable address, reject parcel and no people in.
6. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason, with no exceptions. This includes but not limited to reasons such as:
a) It does not fit,
b) The colour is not what you wanted,
c) You think another dress is better than the one you purchased,
d) The dress looks better on the model than on you,
e) It does not suit the person you bought it for.
7. We offer exchange if you bought wrong size. Exchange could be taken 15-30 days.
a) You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will tell you how to exchange.
b) 10% of your purchase price must be charged for the handling cost.
c) The postage and packing costs must be charged again.
d) We do not refund the return postage cost.
e) Item must be sent back by recorded delivery. The item must be received by us within 20 days of the receipt of the item.
f) Item must be returned in original condition with Tag and other accessories.
g) We will not exchange any items that have been damaged, soiled by makeup, animal hair, smoke, body odour, perfume etc.
8. You have one chance only to exchange the item you bought from us, and you have to make the exchanging request in 30 days after you won the item.
9. In the very rare circumstances that we send out an item that has a fault. You must contact us within 7 days of date of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. Item must be returned prior to refund/replacement being given.
10. In the very rare circumstances that we send out an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of date of delivery to arrange for the correct item to be sent. Incorrect item must be returned prior to correct item being dispatched, reasonable return postage costs will be refunded. Item will only be replaced for correct item. No refunds are available.
11.If you are returning an incorrect order or a product that was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur if you deliver them back to us.

| I have a problem with my chest where a lot of the times it does not fit into dresses properly. If the bust does not fit me and the style does not work, am I able to return it within a certain amount of time? If not, what would you suggest? | |
