Order Procedure

Step 1- Choose the items you intend to purchase from our wide range of selection.

Step 2- When you decide to purchase, please choose the size, color and quality, click the button "Buy" or "Add to cart", the item will be added to the cart. You can click button"continue" to buy other items or click "check out" to pay.

* Please choose your size from our standard size chart and check your size carefully. All our shop items are listed in the US standard size. In case you choose a wrong size we will not refund or exchange for it. If you have any problem with measure yourself, please go to How to Measure.

Step 3- You can purchase by us without register. You should leave correct and complete consignee informations such as Name, Address, Postcode, Phone No.

Step 4- Shipment

Choose one of the shipping methods following: Common mailing, Express service, Air mail/ Small parcel, Free shipping. All the postage is calculated by the weight of the dress, and the items will be delivered within 15- 25 working days after payment arrives. If you would like to have the dress sooner, please choose the express delivery option. Read Postage chart and Shipping duration to get more informations.We are responsible for any lost or damage in post.

Step 5- Payment

Please choose one of the paying methods following: Visa Credit Card, Bank transfer, West Union and Paypal. You can pay directly online by Visa Credit Card and Paypal. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or west union, you will get our email for more details.
You should pay within 7 days after you place an order, non-paying order will be canceled in 7 days automatically.

Step 6- You can give us your measurements, deliver date or other important informations if necessary in order postscript.

Step 7- Click "submit" and follow our system to finish the purchasing.You will get an order number.

Step 8- You can enter the order number to check your order processing at order inquiry. The order No. and tracking No. of newly shipped items will be appeared on the order inquiry list.

HI , I an interested in getting the Displaying 1/1 Glamorous royal blue beaded satin A-line plus-size evening prom dress PS11001 . i am currently a size US 28, I am needing the dress by Thursday 3/8 is that possible ?
Hello, this dress in size US26 and US28 is out of stock. We need about 10-15 days to finish a new one. So the time is too short for you to get a new dress. Sorry for that. best regards

Hi - My sisters and I will be ordering dresses from your site for a wedding and found a particular dress in an emerald green that we love. From what I'm reading, it looks like we would be able to order different styles in that color (which is great), but i see that you're advising to send measurements and/or any other extra notes in an email....should we send an email first or after we place the order?

i just want to know how to choose a colour for the dress h7065 as it only give me the option of brown, black, white or other?
