CANCEL ORDER 5.1 If You need to cancel your order, you must mail us at cynthia.styling1@gmail.com within 24 hours after you place the order. 5.2 The payment will be refunded but you should take the transaction fee charged by the bank or other financial firm. 5.3 Any member has 3 chance to cancel their order at our website, you will not get discount and member’s points if you are recorded has 3 times of order cancellation. 6. PAYMENT 6.1Your payment must be made within 7 days from the date you purchased. 6.2 Non-paying buyer can not buy from us any more. 6.3 Payment is accepted in the form of: 6.3.1 Credit/Debit Card: We accept curently visa credit card with VISA Verified Code. All personal details are taken over secure servers to ensure the safety of your information. Goods will only be dispatched to the registered billing address of the card used for payment. 6.3.2 Bank transfer: We accept bank transfer to our German bank account. You should take the transaction cost of Payment if necessary. 6.3.3 Personal cheque: American buyers can send your personal cheque in USD to our address. item will not be dispatched until the check is received and accounted. 6.3.4 PayPal: We need to know your paypal account to send you money request. 6.4 You confirm that the credit card that is being used is Yours. 6.5 All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and We may share Your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable Us to do such checks. If the issuer of Your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 6.6 Goods supplied by Us remain Our property until the Goods are paid for in full and delivery has been completed. If payment is declined by your cardholder, or your cheque is not honoured by your bank, whether before or after despatch of the Goods to You, we will treat the order as cancelled. 6.7 If the Goods have been despatched we may: Require You to return the Goods to Us in original condition within 7 days, or Require You to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days. 6.8 Credit Vouchers: Credit Vouchers can be redeemed against items purchased on eBay and our separate website. Shipment 7.1 Items are sent by trackable parcel that require a signature upon delivery. This insures your parcel up to a maximum of $20. | I signed up on sunday and ordered a dress. I have noticed a message when I loged in one day and it said I have not confrim my membership from the mail sent by you. I have not gotten any mail and I can not resend the registering mail. Will this cause a problem with my order? Because I need this dress before April. | |
