| 1. REGISTER 1.1 You should register as our Member using your real personal information such as name, email address, etc. We guarantee that your registered information would not leak to any third party. Please read more about our privacy policy. 1.2 you can buy items directly from our website without registering, but you will loose the privilege of our member’s. 1.3 Members will get our premier service and have privileges compared to other no-member buyer. Please check the privilege of our member to learn more. 1. ITEMS 1.1 Items are sold as per the item description, and any other promotions / offers that may be running at that time - details of these promotions will be available in our shop. you must read the item description for more the details to ensure you know what you are buying. 1.2 Colours may appear different depending on computer and monitor settings. We try to represent colours shown the best way possible. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to clarify any pictures and colours with us so they ensure they are buying the colour they really want. 1.3 We have a size chart to assist customers to sel ect the best size. It is average measurements for our entire line, not exact measurements of each style. Measurements will slight vary based on style. It is possible if the style you order does not exactly match the measurements on the size chart. it is the customers responsibility to check with us for any measurements to ensure the item will fit. 1.4 We will in no way guarantee a perfect fit. As all people are of different shapes and sizes, size chart can not reflect the sizes of every individual. 1.5 The size chart provided by us may not reflect the sizing system that customers may have used before to determine their size. 1.6 we offer customer making for any style according to your specified color and measurements, if you need this kind of service please contact us before you buying. We will charge extra cost for customer orders. Please check the cost chart of customer order for details. Any customer order are not refundable nor exchangeable. 1.5 We can not be held responsible for items not fitting customers if they do not ask for additional sizes to ensure the items they are bidding on will fit. 1.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to ask for any additional sizes that may be relevant to the item they are bidding on so as to determine if it will fit them. 1.9 Any representations as to the quality of the items for sale are opinions only and are not to be held as fact. Our products are higher standard than other ones’ in the compared class. 1.10 The model shown in the pictures may not be wearing the size of the item for sale, it may be pinned to fit the model. 1.11 All prices are not include customs and tax. 2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE 2.1 The purchase of Goods or Services is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on the Website. 2.2 You may only purchase products that available for sale and details of which appear on our Online shop. To register and purchase, You must provide Your real name, phone number, e-mail address, credit/debit card details and other requested information. 2.3 The Goods are available only to individuals and companies or partnerships that are, in our absolute discretion, consider eligible. The eligibility criteria include, without limitation, those who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Us, whose applications are acceptable to Us and who have authorised Us to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for any Goods or Services which they purchase. 2.4 By making an offer to buy any Goods or Services, You specifically authorise Us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about You from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to Your credit-card number or credit reports, to authenticate Your identity, to validate Your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. 3.ORDERS 3.1 Once you have sel ected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. 3.2 Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further. 3.3 We will E-mail you to confirm your product order has been received. We will E-mail you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you. 3.4 A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and us only upon those products being shipped to you. 3.5 You warrant that the User Information which You are required to provide when You make an offer to buy Goods or Services Our eBay store is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. 3.6 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that You are not authorised to use. 3.7 We may refuse or be unable to process your order if: The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available. Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria. 4.CHANGE ORDER 4.1 You can change an order by contacting us per email cynthia.styling1@gmail.com Please let us know your order number and date the order was placed. 4.2 You can only change an order within 24 hours after you place the order. We can not stop the delivery after that time. 4.3 You can change your order only once after you placing it. 5. CANCEL ORDER 5.1 If You need to cancel your order, you must mail us at cynthia.styling1@gmail.com within 24 hours after you place the order. 5.2 The payment will be refunded but you should take the transaction fee charged by the bank or other financial firm. 5.3 Any member has 3 chance to cancel their order at our website, you will not get discount and member’s points if you are recorded has 3 times of order cancellation. 6. PAYMENT 6.1Your payment must be made within 7 days from the date you purchased. 6.2 Non-paying buyer can not buy from us any more. 6.3 Payment is accepted in the form of: 6.3.1 Credit/Debit Card: We accept curently visa credit card with VISA Verified Code. All personal details are taken over secure servers to ensure the safety of your information. Goods will only be dispatched to the registered billing address of the card used for payment. 6.3.2 Bank transfer: We accept bank transfer to our German bank account. You should take the transaction cost of Payment if necessary. 6.3.3 Personal cheque: American buyers can send your personal cheque in USD to our address. item will not be dispatched until the check is received and accounted. 6.3.4 PayPal: We need to know your paypal account to send you money request. 6.4 You confirm that the credit card that is being used is Yours. 6.5 All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and We may share Your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable Us to do such checks. If the issuer of Your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 6.6 Goods supplied by Us remain Our property until the Goods are paid for in full and delivery has been completed. If payment is declined by your cardholder, or your cheque is not honoured by your bank, whether before or after despatch of the Goods to You, we will treat the order as cancelled. 6.7 If the Goods have been despatched we may: Require You to return the Goods to Us in original condition within 7 days, or Require You to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days. 6.8 Credit Vouchers: Credit Vouchers can be redeemed against items purchased on eBay and our separate website. All Credit Vouchers must be used in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for that Credit Voucher when issued. 7. Shipment 7.1 Items are sent by trackable parcel that require a signature upon delivery. This insures your parcel up to a maximum of $20. Please note that we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. 7.2 Postage will be calculated to the weight of the items and the region of delivery address. Check the postage chart for more information. 7.3 You will get postage discount for each additional item. Check the postage chart for more information. 7.4 Multiple purchases will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared for all items purchased. 7.5 Most of our items will be shipped within 15 working days after payment has cleared, not including weekends or Bank holidays. 7.6 Normal Delivery takes about 10-15 working days from the date we send you the confirm of shiping. Express delivery takes 3-7 working days. We will try to contact you before such situation happened. 7.7 If item will not be received after 25 working days after we send you the confirm of shipping, please contact us. We will help you to check out the status. We do not take the responsible of your items being destroyed if you do not contact us in 15 days after we send you the shipping confirmation. 7.7 We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by but not limited to; Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies. These events are outside of our control and we cannot accept any liability. 7.8 We cannot be held responsible for items destroyed by the shipping company due to undeliverable after 5 days of the item arriving in your town. Caused by but not limited to you were in vacation, you address is not correct. 7.9 We cannot be held responsible for delay delivery due to slow payment. 7.10 There is the odd chance that your item may be delayed in the custom. We will contact you if it happens and solve the problem as soon as possible. 7.11 We will always inform you if there is a problem with your item before we post it to you. If it does not arrive in time, it is not because we have not posted it. 8. RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 8.1 All Auction sales are final. Please read carefully before bidding. LAW 20.1 The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 21. COMPLAINTS There may well be occasions when you are unhappy with the service that has been provided to You by us. In these cases, we endeavours to be fair and efficient in handling any complaint You should have and that Your complaint will be processed confidentially. We endeavour to give You an answer within 5 working days and will provide You with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep You informed about the progress of Your complaint. | I signed up on sunday and ordered a dress. I have noticed a message when I loged in one day and it said I have not confrim my membership from the mail sent by you. I have not gotten any mail and I can not resend the registering mail. Will this cause a problem with my order? Because I need this dress before April. | |
